HISTORY:
Alan first set up a floriculture growing operation in Tauranga, New Zealand with his wife Joanne in 1985. since then he has gained considerable experience as a grower, salesman, and technical consultant. Alan worked at Bloomers Growers and Exporters Ltd for 16 years and has travelled extensively in New Zealand and around the world, specialising in all aspects of Zantedeschia and Sandersonia.
Setting up his own consultancy company in 1993 Growing Success to specialise in consultancy and technical support to growers.
Expanding further in 2006 to broaden the base of supplying goods and services to growers in the hydroponic, and vegetable field. Alan has gained considerable experience the hydroponic field. |

- Bloomers Growers & Exporters ltd. Various roles including Calla Manager and General Manager from 1995. Involved in sales, marketing and technical backup for Calla, Sandersonia and other floricultural crops.

- Servicing growers, hydroponic, vegetable, flower with goods and services. Along with consultancy adding Electronics, PVC, Irrigation, coir, Blended Nutrient, System design.....
