Many irrigation systems evolve and lack a design factor. Today's irrigation delivery devices are designed to operate at specific pressures or pressure ranges. Systems with incorrect pressures can lead to uneven flows, no or excessive flows, drain at irrigation end.

We import directly from Stal & Plast A/S who has since 1984 produced ebb/flow bench trays in plastic.

The trays have been throughly tested for fertlizing products, temperature influence, UV-radiation and other daily wear in a modern greenhouse.

The standard size is 1.2m Wide and 2.0m long. These can be run as individual units or added on to run to almost any length required.

Drippers typically come with a number of features:
• Anti Drain - This means the irrigation line always stays full and when irrigation/fertigation ceases the water DOES NOT drain from the line. This is important because water tends to flow to the lowest point and drippers that drain will give you plants uneven watering.
• Pressure compensation - Many systems are large and drippers will receive different pressures at different areas of the greenhouse, depending on such factors as how many drippers in a particular irrigation zone. Pressure compensation means the drippers operate evenly over a broad range of pressures and all turn off at a predetermined pressure.
• Flow Regulation - drippers come in a range of outputs and configurations from one outlet to up to 8 depending on the application. The foow regulation function ensures that each dripper emits exactly the same flow in a given time to ensure all plants get even watering.
